Fall 2025 Seasonal Previews

Here are a couple more seasonal previews I came across this week. Looks like we have a lot to look forward to!

Apology for the Brevity This Week!

Sorry I didn’t include my usual pithy writeup for each post this week. I spent most of the day in the emergency room, and I kind of ran out of energy. The good news is I have a couple really great hospitals nearby! Oh, and I’m not dead, so that’s also a plus.

I will say that reading all of your posts cheered me up. Especially these five! So, thanks for that!

  1. TCrow, Saigo ni Hitotsu dake Onegai Shite mo Yoroshii Deshouka, otherwise known as May I Ask For One Final Thing?, is an early standout of the season among new anime. The protagonist is a badass and beautiful woman with silver hair.

    1. Thanks for the recommendation! I’ve already watched both of the episodes that were available so far. It’s like I’m watching Nano Eiai in a more or less serious role!

Great recommendation. The show’s right in my strike zone!

  2. Oh my goodness! The ER! I’m really glad you have good hospitals nearby and you’re not dead! Take good care of yourself, don’t push yourself too hard, and try to get better. I’ve heard people say that ani-bloggers are a dying bread, but you really shouldn’t take them literally.

  3. Emergency rooms are never much fun, no matter the reason. Hope youโ€™re feeling better and are on the road to a full recovery.

    1. Thanks! In terms of the experience, that hospital has the process down. They fitted me for an IV while doing the intake paperwork. Later, they mentioned they had also taken my blood samples. I hadn’t noticed — they were so fast, they just took a couple of vials while installing the IV!
