Demon Slayer Mugen Train Arc Episode 4 Review: Sleep When You’re Dead

Quick Summary of Demon Slayer Mugen Train Arc Episode 4

In Demon Slayer Mugen Train Arc Episode 4, “Insult,” Tanjirou Kamado thought he knew how to free himself from the dream in which he found himself trapped. But, if he had come to the wrong conclusion, the effects could be catastrophic — and lethal. But he can’t afford to delay. Though he doesn’t know it, every second brings one of the Tired Children closer to his own spiritual core. Similar fates awaited Inosuke Hashibira, and Zenitsu Agatsuma, too. Can Tanjirou make a decision in time? Will it be the right decision? Or will their situation get even worse?

Demon Slayer 2 Episode 4: Tanjirou thinks he can break out of the dream. But if he's wrong...

Tanjirou had a tough decision to make. You might say that he walked the knife’s edge! Capture from Crunchyroll stream.

Tanjirou’s in quite a predicament. He knows he’s trapped inside a very happy dream, one in which is family is still alive. Despite that, with Nezuko’s help, he knows he has to get back to reality. There’s a demon there, and he and his friends, not to mention all of the passengers on the train, are in grave danger.

His father appeared and cryptically told him he had to use his sword to escape. Tanjirou interpreted that to mean he had to take his own life in the dream. Did he figure that out correctly? Will severing his own neck free him from the dream? Or will it actually kill him?
