Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc Episode 1 Review: A Flashy Entrance

Quick Summary of Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc Episode 1

In Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc Episode 1, “Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui,” Kyoujurou Rengoku may have fallen, but the after effects remain. Not only is Senjuro Rengoku, Rengoku’s younger brother, heart-broken. Even our heroes, Tanjirou, Inosuke, and Zenitsu, were devastated. With his wounds yet unhealed, and with his spirit so heavy, will Tanjirou be able to deliver Rengoku’s final messages to his younger brother and Shinjurou Rengoku, his father? And if he does, what kind of reception awaits him at the Rengoku household?

Shinjurou seems like a calm, rational man. Certainly he’ll welcome Tanjirou into his home. Right? Capture from the Crunchyroll stream.

Tanjirou remained heart-broken over the fall of Kyouijurou Rengoku. His deep abdominal wound seemed slow to heal. So Zenitsu decided to try to cheer up his friend and fellow Demon Slayer. Specifically, Zenitsu stole the batch of buns that Aoi had been preparing. Apparently, Zenitsu is becoming more brave to risk Aoi’s ire! However, when he returned to their rooms, Tanjirou was nowhere to be found and the nurse was in a panic. It seems that Tanjirou remained determined to deliver Kyouijurou’s message to his family. Will he be able to do so in his condition? What if he meets obstacles along the way, like a sword master who’s really protective of his swords?
