In Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc Episode 3, “What Are You?“, Inosuke follows the trail to Makio’s room. Seeing the meal tray waiting untouched outside the door, Inosuke paused to consider. How should he proceed? Realizing he has no idea, Inosuke decides to follow his instincts. Meanwhile, Zenitsu realized that his plunge into performing with a musical instrument might have been a little extreme. So, he decided to use his listening skill in an attempt to locate one of Tengen’s wives. What he heard made immediately leap to into action. Finally, Tanjirou put forth all of his skill and attitude. And ended up with a perfectly clean floor and beautifully made flower arrangements. The madam was so pleased she literally did not know what to do with Tanjirou. Who’s behind Makio’s torture? What does she had to do with our heroes? And will Tanjirou remember his job isn’t really janitorial?

Inosuke wrenched open the door to Makio’s room. The demon who had been there torturing Makio, having become aware that he was outside, wrapped her captive in demonic ribbons and exited through the ceiling. Inosuke gave chase. Is there any way he can rescue Makio? Will his actions blow his cover? Meanwhile, Zenitsu’s super sensitive hearing made him aware that a little girl was crying. Without a second thought, Zenitsu went to her rescue. It was only after Daki spoke that he even became aware of her presence. Does Zenitsu have any chance against an Upper Rank Six demon?
