Fairy Gone episode 1, “Ash-Covered Girl,” Mariya Noel and Veronica Thorne barely escaped the brutal destruction of Suna, the fairy village, at the hands of Ray Dawn and his army. That army set fire to the village and the surrounding forest, and as fairy primordials fall all around them, Mariya and Veronica try to escape. Unfortunately, they get separated. Nine years later, Mariya thinks she’s found her old friend, but there’s a problem: her old friend is trying to steal a precious artifact, and Mariya’s new boss, Free Underbar, is paying her to prevent the theft. Will Mariya be able to reunite with her old friend? And what will happen if Mariya touches a fairy primordial that escaped from its cage?

In Fairy Gone episode 2, “Wolf Collar and Swan Feathers,” Free Underbar has some explaining to do after the failed operation in the previous episode. He’s ordered to keep it a secret that Mariya Noel apparently turned herself into a fairy soldier by herself and using just a fairy primordial, both of which are supposed to be impossible. Free and Mariya head out on their first mission as a team. They are ordered to investigate an artificial fairy manufacturing ring. Will they learn who the big-spending customer is? Can they stand up to the individual they do find? And guess who else has a friend who’s turned against society because of the wounds of war?

Review Of Fairy Gone Episode 03: A New Mission And Layers Of Duplicity

In Fairy gone episode 3, “Greedy Fox and Lying Crow,” Free Underbar and Mariya Noel receive an assignment to retrieve part of the Black Fairy Tome from professor Cain Distarol. On the way, they meet Sweety Bitter Sweet, who is undoubtedly after the same thing as Free and Mariya. Cain’s assistant, Damian Carme, is alarmed when a fairy suddenly appears and begins knocking out all of the lights. Is a thief trying to use a fairy to help steal the Black Fairy Tome? Will Sweety and Free cooperate to retrieve the tome — or will they fight over it? And who else is involved in this heist?

In Fairy gone episode 8, “Pipe Blowing in Stage Wing,” Sweety Bitter Sweet double-crosses the double-cross she double-crossed in the previous episode and captures Gilbert Warlock. Together with Mariya Noel and Klara Kysenaria, they descend into the cellars of Gilbert’s home on the way to obtain Black Four. Will Gilbert actually lead them to it? Will Sweety let the Dorothea agents take possession? Meanwhile, the investigation into the malfunctioning artificial fairies reaches a climax with an arrest — and a lingering doubt. Review Of Fairy Gone Episode 09: Out Maneuvered And Out Fought

In Fairy gone episode 9, “Rolling Stones and Seven Knights,” the Emperor decides to honor Schwartz Diese for his role in saving Prime Minister Golbarn Helwise from the sabotaged artificial fairies. When asked what he would like, Schwartz boldly requested a fairy weapon — which the Emperor granted. Dorothea organizes a squad to the weapon in its train car as it heads back to Schwartz’s home. If Schwartz is getting the weapon anyway, why is he working with Beevee Liscar, a colonel with ties to organized crime, to attack the train and steal it? Why is Beevee so intent on attacking everyone in sight? And even if he uses the fairy weapon, does Free Underbar stand a chance against someone like Beevee who lives for fighting?

Review Of Fairy Gone Episode 11: The Director In Action And Feints-O-Plenty

In Fairy gone episode 11, “Uninvited Music Corps,” Schwarz Diese unleashes war in his barony; he starts by kicking out the Imperial ambassador. The Emperor and Prime Minster Golbarn Helwise are so anxious to bring the rebellion to heel that they order Dorothea Directory Nein Auler, who used to be one of the Seven Knights, to lead the assault. As they press their attack, she begins to wonder why resistance was so, well, pathetic. Meanwhile, Free UnderbarMariya NoelKlara Kysenaria, and Serge Tova are the only Dorothea agents left in the capital when they get word of a direct assault on the Imperial Palace. It seems the rebellion in Schwarz’s barony was a feint! Can Free and his fellow agents change the course of the battle? Their odds look even worse when Beevee Liscar shows up…

Imperial soldiers fall in droves. Free UnderbarMariya NoelKlara Kysenaria, and Serge Tova meet the fleeing war minister Bruno Bohme, who asks them to join him. He knows the secret passages in the palace, so they agree. Soon, they get to where the action is. Does Free have any chance against Beevee, especially in light of what happened the last time they met? Can Mariya withstand the horrors of combat? What will become of Schwartz Diese’s scheming? And wasn’t Wolfran Row walking right beside Schwartz? Where’d he run off to?
