Or every time Gerald praises Maria’s cooking. Or, well, pretty much any time she’s awake! And there’s the whole engagement thing she still doesn’t know how to handle…

The Council of Wise-ish, made up of Fearless Catarina, Studious Catarina, Spineless Catarina, and others, met for what they hoped would be the last time. They all felt jubilant that they’d defeated the doom flags from the previous season. But were they right? Was Catarina really out of the woods?
There’s the ever present danger presented by gourmet food. Or any sweets, really. Then there’s the danger of social norms that seems forever beyond her grasp! And that’s not to mention Nicole’s smile, or the unknown threat from Gerald’s brothers Jeffrey and Ian and their fiancées Susanna and Selena. Even worse: What was up with that Stone of Changing Colors?
