In My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X Episode 4, “I Had a Friendly Tea Time With an Attractive Butler…,” the evil butler Sebastian/Rufus or whatever his name is made something clear to Catarina Claes: Her captivity would not end well for her. With her friends nowhere in sight and with Sebastian/Rufus completely controlling Selena Berg, her only potential ally, Catarina realizes she has to rely on her wits and guile to escape. Well, maybe “realizes” is too strong a word. And maybe guile is beyond her reach. Let’s just say Catarina’s on her own here. Is there any hope she can escape before Sebastian/Rufus’ nefarious plan comes to fruition?

Catarina’s been kidnapped before, but last time, the kidnapper had been much more inept. Now, Sebastian/Rufus or whatever is name is has subtlety, patience, and intelligence: all things that Catarina is not well-equipped to counter. For example, she tried her “adorable hungry noblewoman” attack, but the kidnapping butler realized the danger and adjusted his tactics.

Can Catarina employ her ultimate technique, Harem Capture, before he puts his plans into effect? Can her friends find her in time?
