This really was a fun season, but it was over way too fast! I can’t believe it’s over already. It feels like it just started. None of the Forgers managed to get an invite to the bad guy’s house yet, lesser bad guys have been thwarted but the mission hasn’t really progressed, and character relationships have only improved a little bit. I feels like we should have gotten more episodes. I did like that we got more of Loid’s background story. We’ve already gotten Yor’s background story in earlier seasons, now all we need is Anya’s back story.
It did feel a bit static-ly this season, with the exception you noted. Yeah, I’d love to see more of Anya’s back story. I don’t mean to suggest I’m not enjoying it. This season had some great moments! But I think I’d be happier with a little more forward motion.
