Tower of God Season Two Episode 15 – Quick Summary
In Tower of God Season 2 episode 15, “The Promise of That Day,” the battle for positions on the Archimedes continued to rage. Viole and the Traveler found themselves trapped by both an enormous robot and Endorsi – who apparently did not recognize her old colleague. Can Viole find a way to defeat her without injuring her? Why does the Traveler seem so intent on denying that Viole was every part of FUG? And why is Aguero Agnes Khun making Wangnan Ja run so much?
Note: This post may include spoilers, so be cautious.

This is Endorsi’s annoyed look. Capture from the Crunchyroll stream.
If you’ve read my reviews of the first season, then you know I think highly of Endorsi. My opinion of this season has risen almost in proportion to her screen time. To be fair, the animation seems to have improved in the same timeframe,so that could account for some of it. Still, it’s nice to see her again.
I had thought she knew Viole was Bam. In his comment on episode 4, Vance disagreed – and it turns out he was right. Endorsi was going to put a bullet in Viole’s head. Only his ridiculously fast reflexes and a distraction from the Traveler helped him get away.
Did I mention that the distraction turned out to be several of the Traveler’s anti-tank weapons? He detonated them point blank in Endorsi’s face.
Now, you might think I would have been concerned about such a thing. But I knew Endorsi was a princess of Jahad. No way mere explosives would do anything but inconvenience her. Though they did make her mad.
“Who throws anti-tank explosives at a delicate lady?” she demanded (05:47).
I’m not sure “delicate” means what she thinks it means.
Favorite Moment from Tower of God Season Two Episode 15
Khun tried his best to explain himself. Capture from the Crunchyroll stream.
My favorite moment is controversial – at least to me. Yeah, I’m debating within myself if I really like this moment. I think I do. It makes sense. But its implications are a bit gruff.
Khun wanted to get his team moving. They had to get on board the Archimedes before someone took the last spots. The problem was that Prince and Miseng Yeo were missing. Goseng Yeo wanted to go find them.
Khun declined. Yihwa Yeon objected, too. Khun finally laid it out for them.
Yihwa did not like the direction the conversation had taken. Capture from the Crunchyroll stream.
“A team of people who can’t solve their own problems and put others in danger can hardly be called a team,” he said (11:47). Seeing he wasn’t getting his point across, he added (11:58), “Trust them to get out of the game first. That’s how we can help each other.”
On one hand, I agree with Goseng and Tihwa. I wanted Khun to lead a rescue. But he’s also right – they can’t risk the whole team in a single-shot kill scenario. The team members have to pull their own weight, or they’re a danger to their teammates.
I still don’t have a clear understanding of the world of Tower of God. There are a lot of variables and subtleties that I don’t get. Would Miseng be safer out of the competition? Does that question even make sense in the context of this world? Am I being too harsh on her and Prince? Or am I giving Khun too much credit?
In the end, I chose this moment simply because it made me ask questions like that. And I appreciate that in a work of fiction! What did you think of Anaak Jahad’s fight with Ran Khun? What were your favorite moments? Feel free to share in the comments!

It’s interesting they put in the flashback of the promise of a date in the episode and had the episode title be about that as well. I wonder if that means Bam and Endorsi will have their date during the Workshop battle or that it was just to show that Endorsi hadn’t forgotten about Bam.
At the time, I thought it was to show she had not forgotten him. But now that you mention it, I’d love to see them actually go on a date. It’s time Bam moved on from Rachel, anyway!
