In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 3, “Order & Watcher,” Will got exciting news: Elfaria, in her role as Magia Vander, has just created her twelfth spell. That meant she was officially one of the most power mages in history. Will felt excited for her! But he was even more excited when he got news that Elfia had asked the magic academy to gather materials for her – materials that Will thought he could get! That meant he could actually help her! But things got complicated as soon as he got into the dungeon!

Wistoria: Wand and Sword Episode 04 – Favorites

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 4, “The Eve of the Grand Festival,” Will received another reminder of his status in class during a test. He was about to punch one of the golems when other students ridiculed him for using physical force instead of magic. In particular, Will drew the scorn of Julius Reinberg, one of the leading candidates to ascend into the tower. Why does Will allow their verbal attacks to affect him so? Is there actually a reason? And how much longer will Colette Loire put up with that nonsense?

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 08, “Shall we date?,” Will’s school planned a major expedition into the lower levels of the dungeon. Given Will’s performance, lots of students wanted him in their party. At first, Will was delirious with joy – he’d never been popular before. But Colette knew they didn’t really care for Will. They just wanted his abilities. To protect him, she declared he was not available, but he was taking her on a date. It seemed like a good plan – until a suitor from an unexpected quarter showed up! Who tried to disrupt Colette’s plans? Will they succeed? And will Julius or Sion take their defeats in stride?

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 09, “Praxis Begins” Lihanna led her team into the dungeon. Will, thinking his skills would impress his teammates, was shocked to learn that most of them could handle themselves very well. Lihanna, in particular, was a genius at close-quarters-combat. Will felt abashed; even Wignall began to question Lihanna’s decision to include Will. But all of that changed in an instant – and even Will felt his skills put to the test. Can they survive until the teachers reach them? Are there even any teachers left?

Episode 10: Our Dream

Wistoria: Wand and Sword Episode 10 – Favorites

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 10, “Our Dream,” Will and Wignall Lindor found themselves separated from the rest. The state of Wingall’s abilities further complicated matters: some of the creatures they faced were immune to magic consisting of pure illusion. Will wants to find the others, particularly Colette. But the monsters seem to be against that idea, and Will’s struggling to take on so many monsters at once. Can Wignall get out of his own way and help? Can the others find them in time? Or do they have enough problems of their own?

Episode 11: The True Name of Cowards

Wistoria: Wand and Sword Episode 11 – Favorites

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 11, “The True Name of Cowards,” Will and Wignall reunited with the rest of their party. But if they thought things were easier, the dungeon disappointed them. Instead of a rapid ascent back to the surface, they found that a Evil Grand Duke – a monster previously seen 14 levels below them – suddenly appeared. It established its realm and came after them. What chance does Lihanna’s party have against such a monster? Can they poll their strengths? Will even that be enough?

Episode 12: Wand and Sword

Wistoria: Wand and Sword Episode 12 – Favorites

In Wistoria: Want and Sword episode 12, “Wand and Sword,” the ice crystal that Rosti gave Will did the trick. It absorbed and transformed Sion’s power and merged it with Will’s sword. With that energized sword, Will destroyed the Evil Grand Duke. Exhausted, on the edge of collapse, the survivors mustered enough strength – only for a horde of new monsters to show up to spoil the party. Can Will, Sion, Colette, and the rest summon the strength to fight?
