His next item, hanging out with a best bud, required him to have a best bud. So, hoping against hope the cell network was still up, he tried calling his friend from college. And got an answer! But the answer might not have been what he was expecting. Who was Akira’s best bud? Did he answer the phone? And if so, what kind of shape is he in?

So, they decide to head for Akira’s family’s home out in the country. They’ll need a ride, and they reason that an RV is the way to go. But when they get there, they find a major impediment to their fun: Shizuka! Her idea of a “fun” RV is very different from theirs. Will they go their separate ways after meeting again? Can they come together and decide on an RV? Most importantly – will the zombies give them time to decide?

Or will be become as bad as the zombies laboring under Gonzou’s command?

In Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead episode 8, “Sushi & Hot Springs of the Dead,” Akira, Shizuka, and Kenchou were about a day out from Akira’s hometown when they came upon a refrigerated truck broken down along the road. A horde of zombies surrounded it, suggesting there was a living person inside. Can Akira, Shizuka, and Kenchou come up with a plan to save whoever’s in there? And if they can, is that person safe to save – or might it be another Gonzou who’ll make their lives hell?

In Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead episode 9, “Treehouse of the Dead,” Akira felt a growing sense of anxiety and dread as he approached his hometown. The idea of finding his parents turned into zombies terrified him. The idea of finding them alive terrified him, too! Apparently, he had unfinished business with them, especially his dad. But he forgot all that when they came up to the tunnel that would take them to the village. The tunnel was full of zombies! What does this mean for Akira and his parents?
